HQ59 Type Railway Gearbox Bearing Dismantling Machine

This bull gear bearing dismantling machine is designed for dismantling bearings at both side of the bull gear in railway power wheelsets, including in subways and bullet trains.

• This machine is a horizontal press and can be directly anchored on the workshop floor.
• The press mainly consists of mechanical part, hydraulic system and electrical control system.
• The mechanical part consists of chassis, 2 mobile cylinder columns, two working cylinders, dismantling claws, lifting cylinders, transfer trolley, etc.
• The mechanical part is steel welding structure and carried out stress relief annealing treatment with sufficient strength and rigidity.
• With Siemens PLC to control the pressing operation.
• With a wireless remote for convenient control.
• Only need to replace the dismantling tool for different types of bull gear bearings.
